Our position
Orita does not tolerate spam. We do not advertise orita.ai, or any site under it, using unsolicited email, SMS, or other messages, and we do not permit anyone else to, including our employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, or any third party acting on our behalf. Any unsolicited message advertising orita.ai is unauthorized.
What Orita does
Orita runs on top of a customer's Klaviyo account and helps brands decide which of their existing contacts to message. Orita does not write or send marketing messages for customers, and it never changes anyone's consent status.
What we expect from customers
Customers are responsible for the messages they send and for the laws that apply to them, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA, CASL, and the GDPR. We expect customers to message only contacts who have given valid permission, honor opt-outs promptly, never use purchased, rented, or scraped lists, and use accurate sender information with a physical address and a working unsubscribe. We may pause or end service for customers who misuse our services to send spam.
Our own email
Email from orita.ai goes to people who have an account with us, have asked to hear from us, or are in an ongoing conversation with our team. Outreach to people we have not yet spoken with is sent from a separate domain, identifies Orita, includes a way to unsubscribe, and honors opt-outs.
Reporting spam
If you received spam that you believe involves Orita or orita.ai, email privacy@orita.ai with the full message and headers. We review every report.
