    2. In less than five minutes, securely connect your data sources. No engineering required.

    3. Wait 5-10 business days to hear from us, while we create a custom model based on your data.

    4. Review your customer model via a one-time email or call with orita’s team.

    5. Subscribe to orita. Plans start at $25/month (based on volume).

    6. orita will dynamically suppress/re-activate your email contacts and update you every month on the changes and next steps.

  • The short answer: it’s all handled by machine learning, which gets better at knowing your brand over time.

    The long answer (we think you’ll see why it’s way too complicated to do manually)...

    First, our solution identifies and permanently suppresses spam and junk email accounts to get them out of the way.

    Next, we use identity resolution to find duplicate accounts and identify which of the duplicates is the primary contact that should remain on the list.

    Finally, we analyze e-commerce and marketing activity (visiting the website, placing an order, clicking a link in an email) at an individual customer level to train a model on which customers are unlikely to respond to any engagement in the next month.

    Then we roll out the suppressions based on A/B testing.

    After you’ve reviewed and approved the custom model for your brand, the platform will automatically suppress and activate your contacts. All you need to do is downgrade your plan when we tell you.

  • For every group of contacts that’s identified for suppression, we do at least a month of A/B testing to ensure no potential customer is being left behind. On an ongoing basis, we immediately and automatically add a suppressed contact back to the email list if they visit the website or make a purchase.

  • Because of orita’s dynamic monitoring and management, if a customer re-engages with your brand on your website or via email, they will immediately be added back to the active customer list.

  • After your initial sign-up, orita will deliver your customer model within 5-10 business days. Once you’ve approved the model and subscribed to the platform, the dynamic suppression will begin within 24 hours.

  • Every month, we will send you an update with the number of accounts that are suppressed and rescued. Based on your email marketing platform, this will determine when it’s time to downgrade (or upgrade) your plan.

  • No. Here are some helpful links that walk you through how to downgrade your plan. Watch out for our monthly emails so you know when it’s time to do this.

  • After you have reviewed your custom model (see: How do I get started) and subscribed to orita, you will be billed monthly.

  • There’s a first time for everything. If you’re unhappy for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund and re-activate all suppressed profiles. No questions asked.

  • Our SMS model is in the works! Sign up here for early access.

  • It only takes us a few days to integrate with a new data source. If you’re wondering about a specific platform, send us an email and we can most likely make it happen.

  • Yes. We always offer the option of putting a contact through a sunset or winback flow instead of immediately suppressing them from the list.

  • We use Stripe for payment processing. Which covers just about every payment method, including all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and direct bank deposit.
